Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for Madhya Pradesh, India

We are looking to urgently fill the following position available with our client, one of the largest & fastest growning EPC Contracting Company for their Spares & Consumables for Mining / Material Handling Equipment business divisions. Position: Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

Compensation: Rs. 20 Lac to 25 Lac per annum Cost to the Company.

Location: Madhya Pradesh

Reporting to: The position reports to Director & CEO.

Team: Start afresh as a single contributor and develop the team management afterwards.

Position Summary: Own and deliver the strategy towards change and growth. The person will be responsible for developing & executing the growth for the company to quadruple the revenue over the next 2 years for the start-up Industrial units. 

Qualification: Engineering graduate preferably Mechanical/Civil/Metallurgy & MBA from a reputed institution. 

Experience:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in handling the construction industry out of which at least 3 years should be in a similar role.
2. Having built Growth Strategy and executed it. Experience of high growth in business. 
3. High performer in the current role and a Strategic thinker.
4. Preferable if the person has knowledge of Metals & Alloys, Metal manufacturing Processe and applications.
5. Experience in managing specifications.
6. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. 
7. Well connected with major construction Industries and various stakeholders.
8. Entrepreneurial, Ownership, performance oriented Team Management – inspire, engage, deliver.
9. Comfortable to build network with senior decision makers in large companies.
10. Good business understanding. Ability to monitor external competition, market trends, risks related to the organization’s products and services etc. 
11. Strong Commercial and business acumen.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Manage yearly & monthly budgets. 
2. Build a strategic road map for sustainable and profitable growth of the business. 
3. Understand the “right to Win” opportunities in the market and realign companies efforts and product offerings accordingly to get focus, speed and traction 
4. Build & manage an effective distribution channel to the market, consistent with long term goals of the company 
5. Engage and optimize existing sales team & build it further with fresh talent. 
6. Identify white spaces & opportunities in the market and capture them. 
7. Build Strategic alliances for revenue growth 
8. Identify new product opportunities and commercialize them 
9. Ensure operational excellence in terms of credit management, Inventory management & SKU optimization etc., 
10. Amplify the company’s efforts towards building the sustainable growth.
